Requirement: Multimarine Composites Ltd is a high-end boat builder that constructs bespoke and technically advanced craft.  MCL designed and built the impressive catamaran Impossible Dream, which was built specially for its disabled owner – the whole boat being operated by hydraulics from a palmtop computer. In 2007 MCL required help with the launch of MarySlim, a VSV (Very Slender Vessel) power yacht, which was a world first, using military wave-piercing technology in a privately-owned boat.

Result: Formedia organised and managed the launch event, which included designing invitations, writing and distributing press releases and liaising with the media for interviews, photo shoots and television appearances. The event received international coverage in the USA, China, Germany, Italy and Dubai.
